You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return courier costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.)
If you ordered the incorrect item, or you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it to us in it's original condition within 7 days of purchase, without any markings or scratches on the item itself and packaging for an exchange. We can not accept items that have already been fitted since this makes them used items and will have fitting marks on them. The item must be in a saleable condition. We do not do cash refunds, only store credit if we supplied the item correctly. A 15% Handling fee will be applied.
The customer remains responsible for the correctness of what he has ordered to fit his application. We also can not be held liable for items that were not fitted professionally by an accredited installer. We can not refund or credit delivery fees.
Manual orders / Telephonic orders
It remains the customers responsibility to study the provided invoice before making payment. We provide the invoice with best available information given, but ultimately the responsibility remains with the client. By paying an invoice a customer is agreeing that the items on the invoice have been supplied and billed correctly.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return courier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. Courier costs may vary depending on location and additional shipping costs may apply. Max-Inc SA is under no obligation to ship these items until the additional shipping costs have been received.

NOTE: Client is always responsible for return shipping unless Max-Inc supplied the incorrect or defective item. In the event of an exchange the client is responsible for the courier fees to collect the exchange item and deliver the new item. The client remains responsible for ordering the correct item. Client is responsible for return shipping even under these circumstances:
- Item does not visually suit clients bike
- Client decides he no longer needs it
- Clients decides indicators / headlights / spots are not bright enough or too bright
- Item is too small or too big
- Client thinks the item is defective.
In the event that a client thinks an item is defective, we will return the item to Max-Inc for testing. Should the item be working correctly, the customer is responsible for ALL courier costs incurred.

Although we do our best to display items, their descriptions and prices correctly, errors or mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to not sell a product advertised or displayed at an incorrect price. Should a purchase be made with a price in error, we will contact the customer with the correct price. Should the client not acept the new price, we will allow for a refund. Prices are also subject to change without notice due to dependencies on the international exchange rate.
Our preferred shipping courier is The Courier Guy. Max-Inc SA and TCG can not be held liable for any damages or lost in transit situations. Insurance is available at an additional fee. Max-Inc SA and TCG can not be held responsible for damaged or lost items in transit if no additional insurance was taken out by the client.

The courier costs are calculated at check out. A manual check will override any shipping costs calculated on this website. The client is responsible for the shipping cost even if we erred on the calculation of the shipping cost. Should you be in an outlying area, please call us or email us to calculate your shipping cost on firstname.lastname@example.org. Max-Inc SA can not be held responsible for delays in shipping, damages during shipping or items being lost during shipping. Prices on the website are calculated on main city centre areas. Additional costs may apply for farms, plots and warehouse addresses. The client remains responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Additional costs apply for heavier parcels and outlying areas. If you are unsure about your area please contact us first to work out a quote for you. Should you wish to cancel your order AFTER an order has been placed due to additional courier charges, we reserve the right to recoup bank and restocking fees due to refunds if the customer has not verified courier charges first.
Some items in the store are available as a "Pre-order" item. This means that the item you ordered will be placed on the next shipment to Max-Inc SA if it's not already on the next shipment. Pre order items must be paid in full. A pre order item can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to arrive depending on international shipment times. It is possible that a per-order item is already on it's way and delivery times will be considerably less.
We test and quality check all of our products before sending. In a perfect world this would mean that there will never be any problems. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that, but we can guarantee that in the event of any problem occurring we will do our best to rectify the problem. If any faulty goods do slip through the net we will replace the faulty item free of charge in your next order.
Some products change design appearance from time to time, therefore images on the website might not be exactly what you received but it will do the same thing with minor cosmetic changes.
On some material based items there can be a difference in colour based on the die process. Fiberglass heat wrap for example is almost impossible to get the correct and same colour every single time, however we do do our best to match colour continuously. Therefore we can not be held responsible for any variations in colour. LED and electronic items are tested at Factory level, at assembly level and before dispatch. We can not Guarantee LED or electronic items once they have been installed since we can not verify how these items were installed.
All our items carry a 1 year workmanship warranty. We will repair or replace any defective item that limits it's intended use. Please retain proof of purchase.
Items that have been modified forfeit our warranty.
- Before installing headlights, tail lights, mirrors and indicators make sure that all bolts, nuts and screws are securely tightened. Apply a small amount of thread locker to bezels on indicators and tail lights to ensure they don't unscrew while driving. Lost lenses and bezels whilst driving is not a warranty issue.
- Proof of purchase must be presented for any Warranty claim. Warranty claims can not be entertained without positive proof of purchase.
- Warranties are not transferable, a Warranty is only valid to the purchaser.
- Led Items are tested before sale. There is no warranty on LED items once installed and used.
- No returns on LED items such as indicators.
- Anodizing will discolor with time, especially when exposed to the sun. There is no Warranty on Anodizing Discoloring.
- Exhaust heat wrap will discolor with time, there is no Warranty on Exhaust Heat Wrap discoloring.
- Tyre valves can not be returned.
- Bulbs are tested before sale, there is no Warranty on bulbs unless specified
- There is no warranty on Lithium batteries from Motobatt or otherwise

- Spirit Products have a 1 year Warranty
- Motobatt batteries have a 1 year warranty except Lithium batteries which do not have a factory warranty.
Items with warranties are subject to them being professionally installed by our fitment centre or an accredited fitment centre
MAX-Inc requires full payment of goods before orders are sent. When paying by EFT, items will only be sent when funds have cleared.
We accept all major credit cards, payment can also be used via EFT or instant EFT and Mobicred.
Once you have placed your order online, you have 24 Hours to make payment in order to secure your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with payments NOT made within 24 Hours of purchase.
