Single Pull Cross Throttle Control W/o Grips

Exceptional service from Maxinc👌🏽

Bought spotlights, which after installing didn’t work. After informing MAXINC, they did not hesitate to rectify the issue. They came out to my house with a new unit, and after checking all the components replaced the faulty part. Best service ever. From now on they will be my first stop motorcycle accessories shop.

Fantastic level of service from Maxinc. I had my BMW GS900 kitted out with a GIVI tank bag and a Top Box mounted for those potential road trips with the Missus :) Wanted it to be easily removed for the offroad stuff.. Jade was exceptional in advice and feedback. Appreciate a service level rarely experienced. Good Job!!

Talk about going the extra mile! Jade and Benjamin provides excellent service, following up consistently on your needs. Great service guys!

Great customer service 10/10

Hands down my favourite store and team.
Their dedication astounding, ruthless in their pursuit.

This hidden gem, will be seeing me alot more.

Perfect for all your accessory needs and the customer service is genuinely wholesome.

I found myself in the situation with a chain cut too short (we live and learn).
Maxinc had the exact chain I was looking for as well as any other consumables I'd need. I felt spoilt for choice.

Customer service is genuinely and unquestionably perfect!
Shout out to Jade!

I haven't had a chance to look through the apparels at the store however, it's a perfect reason to visit the store again.

The online store, now that I've had a chance to peruse, has more than in-store so I can see myself frequenting both platforms as I have no doubts that Maxinc will have whatever I need, whenever I need it.

Thank you, Maxinc!
Thanks again, Jade!!!

Great service from Benji friendly and very efficient👌🏻

I wish there was an option for 10 stars!!! Impeccable service!! I contacted Maxinc on a saterday evening, they assisted me even though it was after business hours, sourced the parts i needed on a sunday (28th dec), this morning I received the quote and the price was even bigger surprise, very affordable. I expected to receive my parts no sooner than tuesday afternoon. 16h15 I got my parts delivered personally. The shop is in randburg and im in gezina pta. There is no other bike shop that i know of that offer this kind of customer service!! I know the team at Maxinc will be market leaders soon with this level of service.

I placed two online orders with Craig on different occasions. Service received was exceptional and fast even the deliveries. He went out of his way, kept me informed all the time. Great dealing with him and would recommend any bike owner to give them a try.

Excellent service and prices. They’re always super accommodating and if they don’t have something they always point you in the right direction.

excellent black Friday specials backed by fantastic service and quality products. My new go to shop.

Great customer service! I messaged them last night at around 8pm regarding a set of mirrors and i got assisted right away and was regularly checked on & updated until my stock was collected. Would 100% recommend.

Jade was very helpful with sourcing the component I required for my Shark S900 helmet. I received my order within 2 days of placing the order ( shipped to Cape Town). Really awesome and reliable service.

Great guys at the shop and really stellar service.
Will most certainly be there doing more shopping there in the future.
