I wish there was an option for 10 stars!!! Impeccable service!! I contacted Maxinc on a saterday evening, they assisted me even though it was after business hours, sourced the parts i needed on a sunday (28th dec), this morning I received the quote and the price was even bigger surprise, very affordable. I expected to receive my parts no sooner than tuesday afternoon. 16h15 I got my parts delivered personally. The shop is in randburg and im in gezina pta. There is no other bike shop that i know of that offer this kind of customer service!! I know the team at Maxinc will be market leaders soon with this level of service.

I placed two online orders with Craig on different occasions. Service received was exceptional and fast even the deliveries. He went out of his way, kept me informed all the time. Great dealing with him and would recommend any bike owner to give them a try.

Great customer service! I messaged them last night at around 8pm regarding a set of mirrors and i got assisted right away and was regularly checked on & updated until my stock was collected. Would 100% recommend.

Jade was very helpful with sourcing the component I required for my Shark S900 helmet. I received my order within 2 days of placing the order ( shipped to Cape Town). Really awesome and reliable service.

Maxinc are the best bike shop in joburg - I phoned some major named bike shops looking for some parts urgently and got messed around. When I called the guys at Maxinc they said they didn’t have stock but could organise for me and with in 2 hours I had my parts I was looking for
